How do you select KOLs for a campaign?
We match creators based on audience relevance, engagement quality, market/region, language and content style — not just follower counts. Every creator we recommend is someone we have a direct relationship with or have vetted for authenticity and audience quality.
How does a campaign work, step by step?
Our process has six steps: Discovery (understanding your brand and goals), KOL Matching, Strategy (content angles, platforms, timeline), Launch, Tracking, and Reporting. You get a single point of contact at ScaleX throughout.
Do you guarantee results like registrations or deposits?
No agency can honestly guarantee specific outcomes, and we don’t make inflated promises. What we do guarantee is a professional process: the right creators, quality content, transparent tracking and honest reporting — the conditions that produce real results.
How much does a campaign cost?

How do you measure and report performance?
Depending on the campaign, we track metrics such as views, engagement, clicks, sign-ups and conversions through affiliate links, UTM tracking and partner dashboards. You receive clear reporting during and after the campaign.

How can I join the ScaleX creator network?
Email us at partnerships@scalexmarketing.agency with your channel links, audience stats (size, geography, engagement) and your niche. If there’s a fit, we’ll reach out with partnership opportunities.
What do I earn as a partner creator?
Depending on the campaign, compensation can include fixed sponsorship fees, affiliate/revenue-share arrangements, CPA deals, or a combination. Terms are always agreed clearly before any campaign begins.
Do I have creative freedom over my content?
Yes. We believe content performs best when it sounds like you. We provide the campaign brief, key points and compliance guidelines — you create in your own style, subject to brand approval where required.
What are the content compliance requirements?
All sponsored content must follow the relevant platform’s advertising policies and include appropriate disclosures (e.g., marking content as sponsored/partnership). We do not accept content with guaranteed-profit claims or misleading promises — this protects you, the brand and your audience.
Trust & Compliance
Is ScaleX a broker or exchange?
No. ScaleX is a marketing agency only. We do not accept deposits, execute trades, manage funds or provide financial services of any kind.
Do you provide financial or investment advice?
No. Nothing in our campaigns or content is financial advice. Trading crypto, forex and leveraged products involves a high level of risk, and users should always do their own research before investing.
How do you handle platform compliance?
We stay current with the advertising policies of major social platforms and frame campaigns as educational and informational content with proper disclosures. However, final enforcement is always at each platform’s discretion, and creators remain responsible for their own accounts and disclosures.
Are you affiliated with the brands you promote?
We work with Partner Brands under marketing agreements, but we do not own or operate them. Users should always review a platform’s own terms, regulatory status and availability in their country before signing up.

How quickly can a campaign launch?
For standard campaigns, we can typically go from first call to launch within 1–2 weeks, depending on creator availability and content approval cycles. Fast-track launches are possible for time-sensitive promotions such as token launches or platform events.
Do you sign NDAs or formal agreements?
Yes. All client engagements are covered by a written agreement, and we’re happy to sign NDAs for confidential projects such as unreleased products or upcoming token launches.
